Hello everyone! I’m extremely thrilled to start my journey on this blog in sharing with my fellow peers my thoughts and opinions on TV shows and Movies that are focused or involve our legal system in the US. For my blog, I’m going to watch and review Movies and TV shows that revolve around the legal world. Personally, I am entertained by Movies and TV shows that involve criminal and civil cases. Although, I do enjoy all types of genres. 

I have been thinking about my next phase of life, and exploring the idea of going to law school. I came to this conclusion as I realized I loved and really enjoyed watching films or TV shows that revolve around the legal process.  My focus is to examine the movies, get information from experts of the law, research the law through the “Justia US Law” and analyze if that movie is truly on point with the real legal world or if its way of base as to the reality of the legal world. The reason why I chose this topic is primarily because of my personal journey to find my career and my next adventure . After graduation, I plan on studying for the LSAT and applying to law school. The truth of the matter is, I have no idea what law school will look like. What is the application process like? What classes do you take in law school? How hard are law classes?  What are the classes like? What do real legal cases look like? What actions are taken in a court by the lawyer? I know absolutely nothing which makes my blog exciting. 

This blog will help me learn more about the legal world while sharing my knowledge with my readers. This blog will help me and hopefully give someone another viewpoint of the law. My blog will be exciting because I’m preparing myself and my readers about the realities of law school. Viewers of my blog will expect 3 main objectives.  One, I will write a summary about the movie or TV show I have watched. Two, I will then explain if the Movie or TV shows are similar to the reality of the legal world by asking real lawyers and through research. Three, I will rate the movie and give the reader my honest opinion.  My goal is to have my blog a place where people can gain knowledge about law and law school while also helping me plan and analyze my next steps.  I’m so excited to learn more and write all about it! The first movie I will be watching and reviewing is “Legally Blonde”.
